Celebrate International Yoga Day at the JLT Heartfulness Centre, Dubai!
Join us for a serene and joyful gathering where all ages are welcome.
Reconnect with yourself and your loved ones through the transformative power of yoga.
We invite you all to be part of International Day of Yoga at Heartfulness – JLT on Sunday 22nd June at 8 am to participate and practice together Yoga ,Pranayama ,Relaxation and Meditation.
The program will be as follows :
8 am – 8.50 am – STRETCH YOGA by Sis.Riyam
9 am- 9.30 am – Light Refreshments (SATVIK FOOD)
9.30am -10.15 am – Presentation and practical session on breathing techniques (Pranayama) by Sis.Geetha
10.15am – 11am – Group meditation
