We invite you all to be part of International Day of Yoga at Heartfulness – JLT on Saturday 20th June at 9.30 am to participate and practice together Yoga ,Pranayama ,Relaxation and Meditation.
The program will be as follows :
09:30 AM – 10:30 AM | Heart-Centered Yoga Session
Energizing morning flow to stretch and connect with your inner self.
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM | Relaxation & Heartfulness Meditation
Calming mental reset to cultivate inner peace and clarity.
11:00 AM – 11:10 AM | Inspirational Screening
Brief visual story to spark positive energy.
11:10 AM Onwards | Reflections & Interactive Moments
