4.30 pm – Heartfulness Yoga, pranayama and relaxation
5.30 pm – Talk by Yogi Manish Pole on One Breath One World
6.20 pm – Laughter Yoga
6.50 pm – Sound Yoga
7.20 pm – Heartfulness Meditation
7.50 pm – Felicitation
8.00 pm – Vote of thanks
